Northern Fairfield County is a fabulous place to live.  We're close enough to commute to Manhattan (60 minutes) yet your cost of living is well below  living in NY State. 

Danbury and Bethel, for example, have townhouses - built in the 21st Century - with 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 baths and about 2000 SF of living space, priced in the low to mid 300K range. 

If you've just got to have your own piece of land, you can get a 3 BR 2.5 bath Colonial or Raised Ranch on half an acre (or bigger) in the high $300s.

Looking for a second home where you and your family can get away.  How about a Luxury Townhouse directly on Candlewood Lake - with boat access - for under $700K?

I am licensed to sell in all of CT but I focus most of my time in Danbury, Bethel, Brookfield, Newtown, New Milford, New Fairfield, Ridgefield and Sherman.
